I make art that brings people together to have a dialogue. I make connections and use my relatable experiences to create relationships in my community. My art is about helping others heal and celebrate their humanity. We work to bring to life the ideas, stories and art of our city. Raised in Springdale as a Mexican immigrant, I have been in a country that I grew up in but that never fully embraced me; this led me on my journey of self-expression. I helped start Stitches NWA, LatinX Theater Project, and The Station in Springdale to create platforms for the community.
