Dr. Brandon Chase Goldsmith began his professional career in 1995 as the chief computer animator for Williams Tool Company in Fort Smith and started his first movie production company in 1998. He went on to get his BA in playwriting and acting with a MA and PhD in communication. Brandon taught video production and editing at the University of Arkansas–Fort Smith. He wrote and produced The Western District play, book, and feature length documentary, which led him to start the River Valley Film Society, the Fort Smith International Film, and the MidAmerica Film Market.
