Born and raised in Indonesia, Alex Dotulong was fortunate enough to experience its culture and explore what it has to offer—including its arts and culture. He moved to the United States in 2015 where he went to Isothermal Community College in Spindale, North Carolina and received his AAS in graphic design, focusing on creating work digitally both in graphic arts and design. After graduating, he worked as a graphic artist for Pure Country, Inc., for a year before studying graphic design at the University of Arkansas – Fort Smith.
